Who can learn the method?

It can be taught to anyone from 3 years of age to 80 years and above.

How will the method be taught?

The method will be taught in small classes over a period of approximately 10 hours.

How do I decide who should teach me?

It is important that you find an experienced, qualified practitioner. Always check the size of the class and how many hours of tuition you will be receiving. It is essential that you know what will be happening after your course. Will the practitioner be offering follow up support?

How will it change my life?

It will give you a better understanding of what causes asthma, how the drugs work and the ability to reduce your dependency on drugs.
